About Commercial Leak Detection
Commercial Leak Detection, a specialist service from ADI Leak Detection. The people who answer the phone, the engineers who turn up and the company on the invoice are all ADI.
Who ADI Leak Detection are
Commercial Leak Detection is provided by ADI Leak Detection, the trading name of ADI Leak Solutions Ltd. Your enquiry, quotation and investigation are handled by ADI, with engineers working across England, Scotland and Wales.
Today ADI runs more than twenty-five leak investigation engineers across England, Scotland and Wales, supported by an office team in High Wycombe that handles booking, scheduling, reports and customer questions. ADI states that its engineers are all qualified and registered plumbers; it does not offer general plumbing, and it does not repair roofs or building fabric.
ADI's own website carries more than a thousand five-star reviews on Trustpilot; the independent profile showed a TrustScore of 4.7 from 1600+ reviews when we checked on 15 September 2026.

Leak investigations around a working building
A leaking supply can affect staff facilities, tenant spaces, kitchens and heating before water appears on the surface. Facilities teams need to know which pipe is losing water, where access is needed and which repairs will restore the supply.
Commercial Leak Detection brings ADI’s services together for building managers and business owners. The office discusses access and operating hours before the survey, with risk assessments and method statements supplied for commercial work.
